Program Balance: $1,305 Due April 1, 2014 

SDSU Tuition:   $1,060 Due in late April

  • Private, non-ensuite accommodation with shared bathrooms on the Keele University Campus, with access to kitchen facilities (no breakfast provided)
  • Use of Keele classroom, library, and internet facilities
  • Excursions to Chester, Liverpool, Emma Bridgewater, Manchester, and a 4 day/4 night excursion to London
  • Visits to the Beatles Story Museum, a pottery/design studio, a London theatre and performance, and a 24-hour hop-on-hop-off bus tour in London 
  • 6 group dinners

Scholarships and Financial Aid


Check with the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships (619-594-6323) to find out if you are eligible to a portion of your financial aid allocation for this 4-unit summer program.


All current SDSU students should plan to apply for the Associated Students (AS) Study Abroad Scholarship. Applications are due March 7, 2014 and awards range from $400-$1,700+.


Liberal Studies majors are also eligible to apply for the Division of Undergraduate Studies (DUS) Study Abroad Incentive Scholarship. Applications are due March 1, 2014 and awards typically range from $500-$1,500.


In addition, check with any honor societies, clubs, and student or community organizations (or even employers) you are involved in to find out if they offer any grants or scholarships for study abroad.
